Consultation, Evaluation, and Treatment Plan

At our sleep center, we understand that each patient's sleep concerns are unique, and we want to ensure that you are comfortable and informed during your first appointment. Before your visit, you will need to get a referral from your doctor in order to receive treatment. During the consultation, we will analyze your clinical diagnosis to understand the nature of the problem, provide a written summary of our findings, review your medical and dental history, take photographs, and formulate your individualized treatment plan. We will use our Itero 3-D scanner to get accurate and fast imaging to get you fitted for your appliance. Our goal is to make sure your first visit is an enjoyable and informative experience and to give you the personal attention you deserve.

Insurance and Coverage

At Mountain View Dental Sleep Center, we understand how intimidating it can be to attend your first appointment. That's why we want to make sure we set aside enough time to discuss all of the treatment options available to you, as well as the estimated fees associated with them. Unlike regular dental care, sleep apnea treatments can be billed to your medical insurance, and we are happy to work with your insurance company to make sure you are getting the most coverage possible. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions that come to mind during your appointment. We want to make sure we have enough time to answer them and address any concerns you may have.
